Here's a fun and simple exercise which will tell you what color vibration
you might need right now. Here's how to do it:
Look at the color bar below and choose a color which attracts you.
1) Click on the center of the color
attracts you. Your screen will turn into that color. Look into the color
for 60 seconds or so. When you're ready to come back to this page, click
on "Back" at the top left of your screen.
2) Note how your body feels while looking at the color. Does it relax

3) Remember the color you choose may not be your "favorite"
color, or the one you like to wear. Tune into your body sensations
while looking and set aside any ideas you might have of what colors
are good for you.

you, or makes you feel pleasantly energized, take it in for as long
as you like
. This is the vibration you need right now. It may be
balancing a body system, or releasing some mental energy which needs
